By accessing or using GridReady Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

GridReady Pros is a lead-generation and matching platform. We connect users seeking EV charger installation estimate information with independent, third-party electrical contractors (“Installer Partners”). We are not an electrical contractor and do not perform any installation services.

2. No Contractor Relationship

GridReady Pros does not employ electricians, does not perform installations, and is not a licensed electrical contractor. Installer Partners are independent third parties. GridReady Pros is not responsible for the quality, safety, pricing, or availability of any Installer Partner.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that an Installer Partner will be available in your area, that they will contact you, or that any estimate will match actual installation costs. We do not guarantee rebate eligibility, permit outcomes, or tax credit qualification. Verify all rebate and tax credit information with your utility provider or a qualified tax professional.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any Installer Partner before hiring them. Any agreement for installation services is solely between you and the Installer Partner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridReady Pros shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any services provided by Installer Partners.
